Merge Multiple E-Commerce Sites
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run four separate online stores under different domains and the constant plugin updates, security patches, and inventory syncs are becoming unmanageable. My goal is to fold every one of those sites into a single, consolidated store so that ongoing maintenance is cut down to one codebase, one hosting plan, and one set of integrations.
The current shops are all fully owned by me; they share similar product lines and customer bases, so there is no need for complicated multi-brand logic—just a clean migration that keeps every product, order record, customer profile, and SEO asset intact. I am open to whichever unified platform you recommend, whether that is Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or another modern stack, as long as it ultimately reduces maintenance overhead.
What I need from you:
• Audit each existing store, catalog, and database
• Propose the most efficient consolidation path and timeline
• Migrate products, images, customer data, order history, and reviews into the new store
• Preserve all SEO value with proper 301 redirects and metadata mapping
• Configure payment gateways, shipping rules, tax settings, and email notifications so everything works on day one
• Provide a short hand-over guide and a round of post-launch support to iron out any glitches
Acceptance criteria: the final live store must serve all products and pages from the old domains via redirects without errors, process test orders end-to-end, and allow me to perform routine updates from a single admin panel.
