We are looking for a developer to set up and refine the payment gateway and subscription flow for our Insidetechie platform.
Requirements & Functionality:
Free Post Limit
Each user can publish up to 5 posts for free.
From the 6th post onwards, redirect users to the subscription payment page.
Subscription Pricing
International Users: $25 for 25 posts (PayPal is already integrated).
Domestic Users (India): Pricing will be shown in INR.
Post Visibility After 30 Days
If a user hasn’t purchased a subscription and tries to post after 30 days, their previously published posts will be hidden (not deleted).
Posts will reappear once the subscription is activated.
Domestic Users – Current & Upcoming Flow
Currently: Domestic users pay via QR code → upload payment receipt + login email → admin verifies & activates subscription manually.
Upcoming Phase: Razorpay integration for automated subscription activation.
Handling Existing Users with Many Posts
Users who published more than 5 posts before this system must also purchase a subscription.
Example: A user with 50 past posts buys a $25 plan (25 posts) → only 25 posts remain live; the rest go to archive until new credits are purchased.
Subscription Credit Management
Credits are cumulative.
Example: If a user has 20 credits left and buys another plan (25 posts), their balance becomes 45 credits.
SEO Benefit for Paid Subscribers
Posts published by subscribed users will have dofollow links on the blog list page.
What We Expect from You:
Strong experience in WordPress + WooCommerce payment gateway setup.
Familiarity with PayPal, Razorpay, and subscription management.
Ability to implement post visibility logic and subscription credit handling.
Clean and secure coding practices.
Good communication and regular updates.
