Informational WooCommerce WordPress Website

I need a developer to build a fully functional informational site on WordPress using the WooCommerce framework. Although I will not launch an online store right away, I want the WooCommerce base in place so I can activate its commerce features later if needed.

Scope of work
• Set up WordPress and WooCommerce on my chosen hosting.
• Design a clean, responsive theme that looks great on desktop and mobile.
• Create and organise three core content areas:
– Blog posts for regular articles and updates
– Static pages such as About, Services, and Contact
– Multimedia galleries for images and video showcases
• Configure essential plugins for SEO, security, and performance.
• Provide a brief hand-off guide so I can add or edit content myself.

I already have basic copy and images; you’ll just need to integrate them during development. If you have experience styling WooCommerce to act as a purely informational site, highlight that in your response.
