High-Quality WooCommerce Mobile App Development

We are looking to develop a high-quality cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android) for an active WooCommerce-based gift and flower delivery store. The app will be directly connected to our live WooCommerce site via REST API, and should offer a premium, fast, and intuitive experience to our customers.

Required Core Features:
- Full sync with WooCommerce: products, categories, variations, coupons, orders, and user accounts
- Smooth UI/UX with elegant design matching the premium nature of flower/gift business
- Multi-language support: Arabic (RTL) and English
- One-click reorder: users can easily re-send previous orders
- Add greeting card message (stored with order meta)
- Custom delivery date & time selection with optional time slots
- Address book with saved delivery addresses
- Push notifications (Firebase): for order status, promotional offers, delivery updates
- Apple Pay & Google Pay integration (in-app, not via redirect)
- Loyalty points system (earn points per order)
- Real-time order tracking status screen
- Abandoned cart detection + push reminder

Gift & Flower Specific Features:
- Attach complementary products: chocolates, balloons, perfumes, etc.
- Add-on selector for each product (e.g. extra roses, wrapping, vase)
- Option to mark order as a surprise (hide sender info or contact receiver gently)
- Occasion-based categories (e.g. Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation)
- Favorite recipients list (save names and delivery preferences)

Technical Requirements:
- Built using Flutter or equivalent cross-platform tech
- Integrated with WooCommerce REST API
- Admin panel NOT required; app pulls from existing backend
- The app must be eligible for App Store & Google Play
- You will be provided with Apple Developer access

Bonus if you:
- Have customized FluxStore or similar WooCommerce apps before
- Can suggest UI/UX improvements specific to the gifting experience
- Are able to deliver a test build within 7–10 days
- Provide basic post-launch support (bug fixing, adjustments)
