Hide check out field when I choose specific countries

When choosing Qatar from check out page I would like to make ( id field ) showing on check out page but when I choose other countries the ( id field should be hidden ). I already made everything but when i make the ( id field a required field ) i can not placed order for the other countries because it’s ask me to fill the id field.
