Fix WooCommerce Variation Error

Each time a shopper chooses any product variation—size, flavour, you name it—my store breaks with a 500 Internal Server Error (and a 403 in the console). The problem is consistent across every single variation and I’m running several custom plugins, so conflicts are a real possibility.

I have not tried disabling themes or plugins yet, and hosting support has not been contacted. Instead, I’ll give you a full copy of the site so you can spin it up locally in XAMPP, reproduce the fault, trace the root cause, and apply a clean fix.

Please outline:
• how you usually debug WooCommerce/PHP issues under XAMPP
• the tools or logs you intend to rely on (error log, wp-debug, browser console, etc.)
• an estimated turnaround time for both diagnosis and patch
• a brief example of a similar WooCommerce bug you have resolved
