Fix WooCommerce PayPal Integration

I have two live WordPress/WooCommerce stores and need PayPal Payments fully operational on both. My PayPal Business account is already verified, and the official WooCommerce PayPal plugin is uploaded but refuses to activate, leaving me stuck in an endless setup loop.

Here’s what I need:
• Troubleshoot the plugin activation issue on both sites.
• Connect each store to my verified PayPal Business account, entering the correct API / Client credentials.
• Configure the gateway settings (currency, smart buttons, order capture, etc.) for seamless checkout.
• Run sandbox and live test transactions to confirm payments process end-to-end without errors.
• Provide a short hand-off document detailing the steps you took so I can replicate or update settings later.

I will grant temporary WP-Admin and, if needed, hosting panel access. Looking for someone who has recently set up PayPal on WooCommerce and can turn this around quickly and cleanly.
