Fix WooCommerce Email Notifications

My WooCommerce-based site has stopped sending every customer-facing message that matters: booking confirmations, rescheduling notices, invoices/receipts, and the detailed summary of what they have just booked.
The problem is clearly in the email-notification layer rather than payments or the booking plugin itself. I have already:
– verified the server’s SMTP settings,
– double-checked every WooCommerce Email tab option,
– tested with alternative recipient addresses,
yet the enable/disable toggles for these specific emails have vanished and the system will not even let me trigger them manually.
I need you to trace the root cause, restore all four automatic emails so they reach the customer and the admin reliably, and make sure the usual enable/disable switches appear again in the WooCommerce interface. If a deliverability aid such as WP Mail SMTP, Post SMTP, or a transactional service (SendGrid, Amazon SES, etc.) is required, configure it and prove messages are passing SPF/DMARC checks.
Acceptance will be based on a live test order that shows each missing email arriving correctly, with the proper template styling and dynamic booking data populated.
