Fix Server/WooCommerce site high TTFB issues

Hello! I have WooCommerce site that needs to pass Core Web Vitals, We managed to pass our Core Web Vitals for desktop device but mobile device still fail due to higher TTFB. We contacted multiple devs before and server support but no one is able to figure out our TTFB issue. We want to fix our WooCommerce site overall performance and TTFB for non cached users too.
