Fix Imported Jobs in Workreap Theme – No External Redirect + Full Agency Earning Module (Harrydesk.com)

Project Description (Copy-Paste Ready):

I am the founder of Harrydesk.com, a remote freelance marketplace built on the Workreap theme (WP Job Manager based).

Current Problem
When I import remote jobs from RSS/XML feeds (Remotive, We Work Remotely, Himalayas, etc.) using WP All Import or Go Fetch Jobs, the imported jobs keep the original external “Apply” URL. Users are redirected away from my site. Also, my agency earning module (attached PDF) does not work for these imported jobs because no internal transaction happens.
Exact Requirements

No Redirect on Imported Jobs
Imported jobs must become fully native listings on my site.
The “Apply” button must open an internal application form on Harrydesk.com (collect name, email, proposal, resume, cover letter).
No external redirect under any condition.

Internal Application Flow
On form submission, save complete application data in the database (linked to the job ID).
Automatically email the full application (applicant details + resume) to the original employer’s email address (taken from the imported job field).
Show success message on my site (“Application sent successfully”).

Agency Earning Module (Must Work for Imported Jobs Too)
Refer to the attached PDF “Harrydesk Agency partners.pdf”.
Track every referred employer (via affiliate/referral code or link).
Calculate and record commissions:
• 30–40% of employer subscription fees (recurring).
• 60% share of Harrydesk’s 40% admin commission on every transaction (job posting fees, etc.).
Auto-generate commission reports and payout requests for associates/agencies.
Use WooCommerce or custom table for tracking and payouts.

Technical Requirements
Work on latest Workreap + WP Job Manager.
Use child theme only (no core file changes).
Use hooks/filters where possible.
Compatible with WP All Import Pro and Go Fetch Jobs.
During import, strip or ignore the external apply URL and replace with internal form.
Fully responsive and mobile-friendly.


Deliverables

Complete working code in child theme.

Test on staging site with sample RSS/XML feeds.
One round of revisions after testing.
