Fix Escrow & COD Payment Issues in WordPress E-Commerce

I have a WordPress e-commerce website where Escrow payment functionality is not working, and the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is also not appearing/working correctly at checkout.

This is an existing site. No new features, no redesign, no “let’s rebuild everything” nonsense. Just fix what’s broken.

Scope of Work
- Diagnose why the Escrow payment is failing
- Fix Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option
- Ensure both payment methods appear correctly on checkout
- Test checkout flow after fix
- Confirm payments work end-to-end

- Ability to debug plugin conflicts, settings, hooks, or theme issues
- Must fix the issue, not just “suggest solutions.”
