Finish WooCommerce Drop shipping Site

The WordPress theme, product CSV and core WooCommerce settings are already in place; now I need the site polished and launch-ready right away.

First, please sort every SKU by product type and build out the category structure so navigation is clear.
Next, configure all 115 shipping zones. I’ve already purchased and installed the supporting plugin, so it’s a matter of mapping the zones correctly and testing rates.

For the homepage, I’m after a professional, corporate look: strong hero images or slider, clean typography, and rotating blocks that spotlight Best Sellers and New Arrivals. Make sure these sections pull live data so I don’t have to update them manually.

Once those core items are done, finish any loose ends—menu tweaks, responsive checks, payment gateway test orders, favicon, speed optimizations—whatever is required for a smooth customer experience.

Deliverable: a fully functioning dropshipping store, categories and shipping zones complete, a polished homepage reflecting the brief above, and basic QA passed. I’m ready to begin immediately and will be available for quick feedback throughout the process.
