Ecommerce Manager for WooCommerce Store
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee our WooCommerce store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Prioritize and manage all aspects of order fulfillment. Digital orders and dropshipping fulfillment.
- Handle Product Questions: Address inquiries about product availability, specifications, shipping info, and our return/refund policy.
- Manage Invoicing: Use Zoho Books for all invoicing tasks.
- Update Product Info: Regularly update product descriptions and prices as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with WooCommerce and Zoho Books.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
