Debug PHP XAMPP Startup Issue
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
The project has been written for a Windows-based development stack running PHP 7.x and should launch without anything beyond the standard extensions that ship with XAMPP. Unfortunately, it refuses to start on both of our local machines and we can’t isolate the culprit.
I will send you the complete source folder and database dump (if you prefer, a zipped htdocs + .sql export) so you can spin it up inside your own XAMPP installation. Your task is to make the application load, then document exactly what you changed or configured so we can reproduce the fix here. If the code runs flawlessly for you without modification, that feedback is just as valuable because it narrows the issue to our environments.
