Custom checkout page.

We are looking for a woocommerce expert who will be able to change the look of our curent lookimg check out page, we are a graphic design company specialising in logos. Here is how our current check out page looks like: https://www.twojelogo.eu/checkout/ which is really bad and makes the customer not very happy. We want it to be custom and more professional, for a customer to be able to upload their ideas, sketches describe in detail how they want us to design their logo. We also want to add features like 'extra fast delivery' for extra charge ofcourse, or sign book, or business card design etc loads of different optioms which can can contribute to customer ordering more. I have found similar checkout page with functions very similar to what we need however lookswise its too cluttered we want something better looking.
