Custom WooCommerce function for candyshop
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am working on an online candy shop, selling candy, candy mixes, and custom pick-N-mix for customers.
I just bought the plugin Product Bundles for WooCommerce, I am trying to configure it but I am having a few problems.

I will have over 200 individual candy types, the assortment will always be changing, sold by the weight individually and in our own candy mixes (where we make candy mixes from the individual candies). At this time we have 3 types of bags, small (350 grams) - medium (600 g) - large (900 g). We sell all individual candy and all candy mixes in these 3 sizes at the moment.
I have 2 main product categories, example:
Candy (main category)
•Chocolate (sub cat)
•Gummy (sub cat)
•Licorice (sub cat)
etc.
Then I have the category Candy Mix with no subcategories.
So my dream solution for CUSTOMERS would be the following:
1. Make a product called "Custom Pick and Mix"
2. Customers can choose the size of the bag (product) - small - medium - large (variations) etc.
3. Customers can choose between 2 and 10 types of candy to be put in their custom Pick and Mix bag, customer can click on the individual candy image or name and it will get highlighted to indicate that it chosen, we will work on design togeather
4. There will be one 1 price per size, it will not change depending on what product is put in the pick and mix
5. Customer sees in the cart and confirmation emails the Custom Pick and Mix product and the size (variation) and the 2-10 individual candy names that he/she choose in their custom mix.
The dream solution for STORE OWNER would be the following:
1. The product "Custom Pick and Mix" displays a product with 3 (or more) size variations with different prices on each size, same as on single candy product we already have: https://nammigrisirnir.is/verslun/saelgaeti/hlaup/raudir-fylltir-toppar/
2. The product "Custom Pick and Mix" automatically pulls all the products from the main product category "Candy" and shows them in a nice way split up by their subcategory so it will not all blend together. It will only show the individual candy product image, and product name, nothing else.
3. The customer can click on the individual candy image or name and it will get highlighted to indicate that it chose, the customer can choose between 2 and 10 individual candy products to go into its custom pick and mix.
4. The product that goes into the cart is basically a product with variation (size) + the names of the individual candies, also the store owner needs to see that clearly (what individual candies are in the custom mix) in the back-end and customer as well.
5. The system does not need to worry about the stock, price of the products that are being put into the mix nor the variation on the individual candies.
The problems I have with the product bundles plugin are:
1. I am worried about maintaining and adding, removing individual candy products under the products "make your own pick and mix products (bundled product)" I will have over 200 products soon.
2. I need to make 2 products of each product as the individual candies have 3 size variations but I will not be using those size variations in the Custom Pick and Mix product (I need to make a copy of the individual candies for it to work, make the copied product hidden, with no variation)
3. I can not make Bundled Product with size variation unless I use plugin like this maybe: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-bundles-variation-bundles/

I am open to not using the product bundle plugin. Maybe it's not helping if I need to go into custom code.
