Custom WooCommerce Theme Design

I need a fresh WordPress + WooCommerce template built around two reference websites that I’ll share once we start. The look should feel modern, clean, and clearly rooted in a blue-and-green palette.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A fully responsive theme covering the homepage, shop grid, product detail, cart, checkout, blog, and core system pages.
• Styling that reflects the layouts and user-experience patterns of my reference sites while still giving us a distinct brand voice.
• A reusable design system—colour tokens, typography, button states, form elements, and icon guidelines—so future pages stay consistent.
• Lightweight, well-structured code that plays nicely with Gutenberg blocks and the latest WooCommerce release.
• Installation files plus clear instructions for activating the theme on a staging site.
