Create 2 wordpress websites

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create two websites both on wordpress.
1. First website is related to web hosting I have already set up theme you just have to set the header, footer and three other pages - home , shared web hosting, about us, contact us, privacy policy, terms
2. Second website is related to a digital download website where we plan to sell PDF related to health transformation providing weight loss services. This will include homepage, shop page, about us, contact us , terms and privacy policy.
Please let me know when we can start the project as this has to be delivered on urgent basis.
