Core Web Vitals Expert Needed for WooCommerce/WordPress

We have WooCommerce site which is hosted on very powerful VPS server it has 8 CPU Cores+32GB RAM+500GB NVme SSD. We also use Cloudflare Pro+APO+Seraphinite Cache+Redis Object Cache. But still our site fails at Core Web Vitals. Our Google Page Speed score is 90%+ for both mobile and desktop. And on real time our site load really quickly but after trying multiple times revalidation in GSC (google search console) it still fails and also show core web vitals failed mark in PSI reports. We want it to pass. I don't need those so called developer who outsource project or who just install cache plugin our site is already heavily optimized so I need only developer who know what they are doing. Please only skilled WordPress developer with google knowledge of servers, website speed optimization and not someone who just rely on plugin.
