Comprehensive WooCommerce Site Revamp

My current WooCommerce store runs, but it no longer reflects the polished, fast-moving experience I want for customers. I need a full upgrade that touches visual design, functionality, and site performance in one cohesive project.

Design & Layout
First, the whole look needs a refresh. I want our established brand colors and logos baked in consistently across all pages. Product pages should feel cleaner, highlight key information, and encourage add-to-cart actions. The main and sub-navigation menus must be reorganized so shoppers can reach any item within two clicks.

Features to Enhance
The biggest functional priority is a smoother user-account experience—clear sign-up/login flows, an intuitive dashboard for order history, and straightforward address or payment updates. While payment gateways themselves are fine, account management should feel effortless and modern.

Speed & Performance
Pages are currently taking too long to load, especially category and product listings. I’m open to caching, image optimization, code cleanup, or other best-practice improvements that get us to sub-two-second loads on both desktop and mobile without breaking existing functionality.

Deliverables
• Redesigned theme files (or child theme) incorporating approved color palette and logo assets
• Reworked product page template and updated menu structure
• Enhanced user-account area with improved registration, profile, and order-tracking flows
• Performance tuning with before/after benchmarks demonstrating faster load times
