Complete WooCommerce Store Setup

I'm looking for someone to help finish setting up my WooCommerce store. Here's what needs to be done:

Email Tasks:
- Setting up new email accounts
- Migrating existing emails from GoDaddy
- Configuring email notifications

Account Management:
- Transferring accounts from GoDaddy
ALSO- Invoices, sending customers order confirmation, affiliate marketing program, state tax collection. odds and ends that i need help to finish my live site.

Pop-Ups:
- Setting up a gated entry popup

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with WooCommerce and WordPress
- Familiarity with GoDaddy email services
- Ability to create and configure pop-ups
