I am launching an online test series platform for competitive exams (CA, CMA, NEET, UPSC). I need an experienced WordPress developer to set up the core LMS platform, e-commerce checkout, and direct WhatsApp notification system.
Tech Stack & Infrastructure
Hosting: Hostinger Business Plan (WordPress + SSL ready)
LMS Plugin: Tutor LMS (or LearnDash / MasterStudy)
E-Commerce & Payments: WooCommerce + Razorpay Payment Gateway (India INR setup)
Notification System: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (Direct Meta Developer App connection)
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Milestone 1: Platform Foundation & LMS Setup
- Install WordPress, configure SSL, and optimize server caching and security on Hostinger.
- Install and configure Tutor LMS (or alternative) for test pack/quiz creation and PDF distribution.
- Set up a student dashboard for downloading test papers, submitting assignments, and viewing result updates.
Milestone 2: WooCommerce & Razorpay Gateway Setup
- Install WooCommerce and integrate the Razorpay payment gateway for instant INR transactions.
- Create micro-transaction product packages (e.g., ₹199 test packs, ₹499 full test series).
- Configure automated order fulfillment so LMS test content is unlocked immediately after successful payment.
Milestone 3: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Setup (Zero-SaaS Setup)
- Connect WooCommerce directly to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API using a native plugin (e.g., WPNotif or SureTriggers) to avoid monthly platform fees.
- Configure automated WhatsApp templates for:
- Purchase Confirmation / Test Pack Unlocked
- Student Reminders (e.g., "Your Mock Test is waiting on your dashboard!")
Deliverables & Handover Requirements
- Perform full end-to-end testing to verify the complete user flow: Payment via Razorpay → Instant LMS Test Access → WhatsApp Order Confirmation.
- Provide a short text or video guide explaining how to add new test packs, update prices, and modify WhatsApp message templates.
- Ensure all hosting accounts, Meta Developer credentials, and Razorpay API keys remain under the client's email accounts.
