E-Commerce Website Without Payment Gateway

I need a clean, modern e-commerce site that lets shoppers browse products, add their selections to a cart, and submit the order without paying online. When the customer checks out, I simply want to receive an order summary by email (or in the admin panel) so I can arrange payment or collection offline.
Core requirements
• Product pages with images, descriptions, and basic stock control.
• Cart and checkout that skip the payment step, ending in an order-confirmation message to the customer and a notification to me.
• User-friendly admin where I can add, edit, and remove products on my own.
Nice-to-haves if they fit smoothly
