E-Commerce Site Setup Using Free Tools

Hello,

I already have domain, hosting, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor (free version) installed.

I’m looking for a freelancer to complete a simple, clean e-commerce website setup using FREE tools only.

Scope of Work
Theme & Design
Install a clean, modern FREE theme (Hello Elementor or Astra)
Create a homepage layout inspired by my reference (similar to SHEIN style)
Homepage should include:
Banner section
Categories (Grocery, Kids, Women, Home, Accessories, Taager)
Each category clickable
Product section (grid)
Simple footer
Create 1 simple landing page (for offers/promotions)
Add my logo

WooCommerce Setup
Create product categories
Add few sample products (for demo)
Setup shop page
Keep product page simple (default WooCommerce is fine)

Filters (IMPORTANT)
Enable filter by price
Enable filter by size or attributes

Checkout & Shipping
Setup simple checkout
Setup basic shipping
Enable Cash on Delivery

General
Mobile-friendly
Clean and simple design
Easy for me to edit (products, prices, images, inventory)

Important Notes
Use FREE themes and plugins only
NO paid templates
NO Elementor Pro
Use Elementor free version only
Design should be similar structure to reference (not exact copy)
Keep everything simple and easy to manage

Budget

$35 -40 (I know it’s super low, but I’m not in a rush — timeline can be up to 2 -3 weeks)
