Colorful Kids Club WordPress Website
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m setting up an online presence for our Hindu Saturday kids club and need a bright, engaging WordPress site that feels as lively as the classes we run. The build starts with the essential public pages—Home, Registration, About, FAQ and a simple Links/Resources hub—while keeping the back-end flexible enough to bolt on WooCommerce when we’re ready to sell workbooks and tickets.
Key requirements
• Design language: Colorful, child-friendly palettes that still look clean and modern on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Registration workflow: a form that captures parent and child details and automatically fires an email confirmation to families and an alert to our admin inbox. (If we ever decide to add payment or a full login area, I want the framework in place for easy expansion.)
• FAQ page: focused on class-related questions—timings, curriculum highlights, what to bring, holiday schedules, and anything parents typically ask. I’ll supply the copy; you structure it so sections can expand/collapse for quick scanning.
• About page: a concise overview of our mission, teachers and safeguarding credentials.
• Links page: simple list of external resources, temple partners and recommended reading.
• Future-proofing: please organise the theme, plugins and page builder (Gutenberg, Elementor or similar—your call) so that adding WooCommerce later is a plug-and-play step, not a rebuild.
• Performance & basics: clean code, image optimisation, SEO-friendly headings, SSL ready and Google Analytics slot for tracking.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional WordPress site migrated to my hosting.
2. Custom child theme (or well-documented tweaks if using a premium theme) reflecting the colourful style.
3. Tested registration form with email notifications working on both ends.
4. FAQ, About and Links pages laid out and populated with placeholder text so I can swap in final copy easily.
5. Short hand-over guide covering theme edits, plugin updates and how to add WooCommerce when the time comes.
