Clean Gutenberg WooCommerce Shop Setup

I need a brand-new WordPress / WooCommerce store built entirely with the native Gutenberg block editor so I can keep every page easy to update on my own—no Elementor or similar plugins, please. The overall site structure, menu hierarchy, and product details are already mapped out in this Google Doc:

The store will be selling physical products only, so the focus is on a streamlined catalogue, clear product pages, and a friction-free checkout.

To make sure we’re on the same page, here’s what I expect handed over:

• A clean, fast WordPress install with WooCommerce configured
• All core shop pages (shop, product, cart, checkout, my account) built in Gutenberg blocks
• Navigation and page layout matching the structure in the doc
• Styling that is lightweight, responsive, and easy for me to tweak through the block editor
• Basic shipping and tax settings ready for physical goods
• Payment gateway setup (Stripe and/or PayPal – whichever you’re comfortable configuring)
• A short Loom or written guide showing how to edit products and pages within Gutenberg
