Clean Code WooCommerce MultiSite Rebuild

I need a WooCommerce MultiSite expert to rebuild my MultiSite with clean code principles.

A. Porto Theme is installed on Primary Domain
B. ProfileGrid Membership Plugins and its 47 extensions installed on Primary Domain
C. Sabai Forum Plugin installed on Primary Domain
D. CURCY - WooCommerce Multi Currency Converter installed on Primary Domain
E. HiStudy Theme is installed on 3 Subdomains.
F. WP Global Cart is installed and configured for 4 Domains.
:: ONE LOGIN gives access to all domains and ONE Cart CHECKOUT for purchases ( Products, Event, Classes, Consultation)
G. WPBookit for Booking Consultations. It replaces BookingPress.
+++ All TASKS below MUST build on Porto and HiStudy Themes, so there are no issues with future upgrades. +++
1. Upgrade ALL Themes (Porto + HiStudy) and Plugins (Sabai + Curcy).
:: PLEASE don't break any site functionalities. If you do, you must fix it.
2. Fix Homepage issues:
a. Floating/bouncing stars and gradient color change missing. (I'll restore a backup so you can see it.)
b. Color fading in video/logo area missing (I'll restore a backup so you can see it.)
c. Top scroller SHOULD NOT SKIP, it should continuously flow, wording missing between symbols
d. Slow down the scrolling below video
e. Highlight Category Menu Option when selected so one knows which menu option is selected
f. Page moves down once Popup box is closed
3. Currency plugin should convert prices on any page - Product, Event, Consultation and/or Online Courses.
4. Finish ProfileGrid Login, Membership registration form, process and configurations. a. See New_Visitor_1st_Checkout.jpg
b. DON'T COPY PaidMembershipPro coding (shows as pmpro) to ProfileGrid Membership.
Develop same process using ProfileGrid ONLY!c. auto approve account once visitor confirms registration in their inbox
d. force visitor to enter billing and shipping address once email is confirmed
5. Show Main Domain's header and footer on the 3 subdomains.

a. Two menu header options show - one in the GOLD HEADER and the one that comes with the demo.
b. Fix menu links so it goes to correct landing pages which could be one of the subdomains.
6. Synchronize WP Global Cart with ProfileGrid Membership which dictates access to Membership Level Benefits.
a. if visitor is not logged in, show registration/login box, then direct to Checkout Cart.
b. if visitor is logged in, auto fill billing and shipping boxes with address info saved in profile in Checkout Cart.
7. Fix why added products in admin do not show on Frontend in Menu > Category > Subcategory. a. do same setup for the subdomains so I can add Events, Classes, etc.
8. Configure 18 Transactional emails with purchased templates (registration, sales, forgot password, etc.), so messages go to user's INBOX and not SPAM. Confirm/Create the correct SPF records are set so emails go to inbox and not spam.
9. SITE CLEANUP. There are 118 plugins on the site. To optimize, let's go through wp-admin items together to decide what is not used or relevant and can be deleted.
