Building multi vendor marketplace with wordpress

I am looking for a freelancer (long term) who not only has Professional experience in wordpress but also is expert in creating with marketplaces (multi vendor). We want to build an online marketplace in a niche area where sellers and buyers can trade independently of us. The platform must be built so that we are not dependent on anyone. It will not be a platform where we get our commission share but can earn much more with subscription systems, so it is very important to read the attached file thoroughly.
Most of the requirements are listed in the file, but we may deviate a bit and may have additions. So don't expect money from us for every additional change please. Price is agreed at the beginning and at this price this job should be done without complaining.
The template must be customized EXACTLY as we want it and not as it is given. Much of the template can be taken over, which means you only have to make adjustments and not design it yourself.
So you must be able to do the customization.

The following two points are enormously important for me :
- Without ifs and buts every customization must be done
- The the agreement must be respected
We have already lost a lot of time and would be happy if this project can be done as soon as possible. Of course we expect a clean documentation and want a daily report about the development of the website.
