Build up an Online store
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi,
Suggest to me whether the below description of this online store shall be built with Woocommerce or Shopify
I want to build an online store sketched as below:
1. Products are related to electronics. There will be approximately a total of 200 products max right now with the intention of increasing it in the future. ( I need to be able to upload products and their description by myself)
2. Log in/ Create an account : Whenever there is a new customer they need to fill in a form with name, email, phone, address, location( state, city) space or destination name. Once the new customer create an account he/she will be directed to “Welcome page” where it states “Welcome to “TopRight Nordic”. I want also to have customer activation account: the customer will log-in each time they want to order. When the person log-in he/she will be redirected to a welcome page. Password per person. As well as the possibility to reset up the password in case the customer has forgotten its password.
3. I do also want to have multiple currencies store. If a person will come from US then the prices will be shown in US dollar and if Europe then it will be Euro , if it is in Sweden, then it will be in Swedish Krona.
4. The language of the store as well as the product’s description will be English all way.
5. Check out/Payment method: we would like the customer to choose the products, add them in the cart and then check out his order without paying ( not using card, nor paypal nor Apple pay) but rather an email generated to us that the following order has been created/ processed and it ends up as an email in our inbox. The customer will also get an order confirmation that his order will be processed. In other words We will send them an order email with payment terms etc manually outside the system. When the customer adds the product to the cart and will check out it will clearly state that the price is excl VAT and shipping cost will be added. He will be directed to a “Thank you for your order” page and an automatic email will be generated sent to the customer and to us. -> the logo in the email as well as the following text need to be provided: Thank you for your order (with an order number generated automatically) we will get back to you as soon as your order is processed.
6. The possibility to track the status of the order : The customer will have the possibility to see the order history : ordered (with date), confirmed (date), packed, shipped (date)) ( possibility to activate it or disactivate it from our side)
7. Product description availability and prices, colors, sizes, measurement etc…. Product categories, subcategories and the possibility to have linked tags/ product that could go hand in hand with the selected item.
8. we don’t deal with discounts we don’t deal with cards or gifts etc….
9. The customer should be able to order from Desktop, mobile, iPad..
10. Main menu: Products , About us, My account , Cart
10.1 Products: product categories, search for products, a heart icon to mark favorites
10.2 About us: a text that describe the company
10.3 My account: Hover and a sub menu displays -> log in , create new account )
10.4 Cart: Indicates the total number of added elements. If the cart is empty and a customer clicks on it a message or a page with the following message displays : your cart is empty. Under it Back to our store
11. Footer: Contact us: Phone nr. And directly under it Mail address.
12. Logo will be provided as well as products picture. producst description can be done for one or 2 proucts and will be doing the rest.
