Build an Arabic Product Catalog Website

I need a complete product-catalog website fully in Arabic, laid out right-to-left and optimised for mobile and desktop. The core objective is to let visitors browse items easily, see key details on a dedicated product page, and navigate smoothly through categories.

Feel free to recommend the stack you believe is best (WordPress with WooCommerce in catalogue-only mode, Laravel + Vue, or any other modern framework). What matters to me is clean code, fast loading, and an admin panel where I can add, edit, or hide products without touching code.

Deliverables I will review on hand-over:
• Responsive RTL front-end in Arabic.
• Category and sub-category structure ready for population.
• Product page template (image gallery, description, specs table, optional price field).
• Search and filter functions that handle Arabic text correctly.
• Basic SEO setup (friendly URLs, meta tags, open-graph tags).
• Clear written instructions so I can manage the catalogue myself.

Once the initial build is complete, I will test by adding sample items and checking speed, layout consistency, and search accuracy. If any RTL or Arabic text issues appear, they need to be ironed out before final sign-off.
