2. Technical Requirements
Platform: WordPress with WooCommerce. (It is the industry standard for low-budget startups. It is free, and there are thousands of free tutorials.)
Theme: A clean, "mobile-first" theme that supports RTL (Right-to-Left) languages. (e.g., Astra or OceanWP).
Language: Arabic (Default) and English. Use a free plugin like TranslatePress or Polylang.
Functionality:
Catalog: Simple listing of products with categories.
"Checkout" to WhatsApp: Instead of a complex payment gateway integration, configure the "Buy Now" button to send the order details directly to your WhatsApp Business number. This avoids expensive payment gateway fees and setup.
Admin Access: Multiple users can log in to the dashboard to manage orders.
3. Operational Workflow (The "Manual" Way)
Since you aren't paying for automated backends yet, your process will be human-driven:
Order Capture: Customer hits "Order via WhatsApp" -> You receive the order.
Validation: You send the confirmation and the OTP manually to the customer via WhatsApp.
Tracking: You manually update the status on the website (e.g., "Processing," "Out for Delivery") so the customer can see it when they log in to their account.
Payment: Collect payment via the SyriaCash transfer mechanism (customer sends screenshot of payment to your WhatsApp).
