Band Merch E-Commerce Setup
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I already run my band’s website on WordPress and now I’m ready to turn part of it into a fully functioning store. The main items I’ll be selling are clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) and our own music recordings; accessories might follow later, so the structure needs to be flexible enough to grow.
Here’s what I need:
• Install and configure a solid WordPress e-commerce solution—WooCommerce is the obvious choice, but I’m open to your expert suggestion if there’s a better fit.
• Create product templates and set up variations for sizes, colors, digital/physical formats, shipping rules and tax.
• Integrate at least two payment gateways (I don’t have any set up yet) so fans can check out smoothly—Stripe and PayPal would be ideal, but guide me on what works best.
• Match the store’s look and feel to my existing site branding, keeping the design mobile-friendly.
• Provide a quick walkthrough or written guide so I can add future releases and limited-run merch myself.
