Automate WordPress Donation Receipts
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Whenever a visitor completes a donation on my WordPress site, I need the system to instantly create a PDF receipt that shows the donor’s name, the donation date, and the amount. That receipt must:
• Be emailed automatically through my existing Gmail/SMTP setup.
• Appear as a download link or button on the thank-you page so the donor can grab it right away.
You’re free to configure a proven plugin (GiveWP, WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, or another you trust) or write lightweight custom code—speed, reliability, and clean templating matter more to me than the specific tool. The finished workflow should be fully tested end-to-end so every successful donation triggers the PDF, delivers it via email, and offers the on-screen download without fail.
Deliverables
1. Receipt template styled to match my site branding.
2. Working PDF generation tied to the donation completion event.
3. Gmail/SMTP integration for sending the email with the PDF attached.
4. Thank-you-page download functionality.
5. Brief setup notes so I can adjust wording or styling later.
If everything runs smoothly across a few live test donations, I’ll sign off right away.
