API Integration to Woocommerce Store

I have a woocommerce shop and I wanted to integrate it with a website called PrepaidForge. This website gives me a wallet that I can top up and I should then have the option of which top up vouchers are to be displayed and sold in my store, then once my customer choses which top up voucher he wants for example Itunes $25, once he pays he should receive the code and the amount will be deducted from my wallet in PrepaidForge.
