I need help debugging my Wix website

Hi - I just launched my company's website on Wix (advancedcellengineering.com) and there are some bugs that I can't figure out how to fix such as:

- On some computers, the edges of the website are getting cut off (Pic 1, 2, 3, 4 attached").
- The homepage hero video won't play on mobile

If you know the solution to these issues and any other issues you find, could you please explain, step-by-step, how I can fix them? I have been looking around online and I can't find the solution for the life of me.

I do not feel comfortable providing access to the website's back end to anyone, if this is a simple solution that can be taken care of through a consultative phone call I can share my screen, or provide an AnyDesk remote access. If this is a larger project that includes coding (I did not use any code, I did the whole drag & drop build), please let me know how you recommend working together to fix.
