help sort out Facebook conversions API mess

Hi, I previously tried to set up Facebook's Conversion API for my Wix Website and managed to do so via AWS (Amazon Web Services). However, when I noticed that AWS costs a lot per month, I canceled my account there immediately. Now I don't have the Conversion API running anymore and I am looking for someone who can set it up properly for me without the ongoing cost of running it like with AWS. I'd like to do this in a budget-friendly way.
