Wix + Velo Developer for School Lunch System

We are building a credit-based school lunch system (Wix + Velo) and are looking for an experienced developer to finalize and stabilize the backend logic.

This is not a simple website – it’s a small operational system with payments, calendars, automation and reporting.

The core flow already exists, but we need a developer who can clean up, validate and complete the implementation so it is production-ready and scalable to multiple schools.

Scope overview (high-level)

Key requirements include:
• Credit-based logic (20 meals per child, usage-based – not subscriptions)
• Automatic card charging when credits reach a threshold
• Strict calendar logic with cut-off times for cancellations
• Automatic supplier delivery list sent by email, structured and clear
• Grouped by school → class → student name + allergies
• Preferably Excel/CSV or another scalable, structured format
• Admin panel / operational dashboard
• Manage schools, classes and students
• View upcoming deliveries
• Manual overrides when needed
• Master calendar
• Cancel holidays at school level
• Changes propagate automatically to all affected students

We value clean data structure, clear logic and maintainability over quick hacks.

• Understands payments, automation and edge cases
• Can take ownership and explain what is done (we are non-technical)
• Can help us get this system stable and scalable, not just “working”
