Wix VELO - Create Product from Item in Collection (and sell it)

We need an exported backend function for Wix that we can use on our repeaters to sell items from a Wix Data Collection.

We are already importing 1000s of products into a Collection, but we do not want to have them all imported into Wix Stores as Products - only the ones that are actually sold.

What we need is a function that takes 2 arguments - collection_name and item_id

Then the function must create a new product from that item and add it to the cart and then that product is no longer available. Simple as that.

You can safely assume the item has fields like name, price, description, image, colour, etc. that the product will need.
