Wix Site Email & Forms

My Wix site is already live; it just needs a few finishing touches so every interaction routes to the right place and works flawlessly. First, I want my existing email address hooked up so all form submissions land directly in that inbox without relying on a generic Wix relay.

Next, I need a clean Contact page built with the following fields: Name, Email, Phone number, and Message. Submissions from this page should trigger a confirmation notice to the visitor and a notification to me.

I also require a separate Quote form that uses dropdown selections to let visitors choose among my service options before they submit. The fields and dropdown values can live inside Wix Forms or a light-weight third-party embed if there’s a clear advantage.

Please connect my Facebook and Instagram accounts so the icons in the header and footer open the correct profiles in new tabs, and make sure the links persist on every page template.

After everything is wired up, run a full functionality check—desktop and mobile—verifying email routing, form validations, success messages, and social links. Let me know exactly what you updated so I have a clear hand-off when we’re done.
