Wix Site Development for Financial Service

Wix Developer Needed to Build Membership + Scheduling Website (Financial Services)

Project Description:

We are building a secure, client-facing membership website on Wix for a financial wellness services company (PLFS). We need a Wix expert or team familiar with Velo by Wix, third-party integrations, and client data security to bring this vision to life.

The website must allow us to offer tiered memberships, book appointments, manage billing, and handle compliance-related communications — all within a simple, intuitive dashboard for our users.

This brief includes full scope of desired features. If some items are not feasible within Wix's ecosystem, we are open to reasonable workarounds or phased solutions.

About Us:
Provident Living Financial Services (PLFS) offers financial wellness planning services through a subscription-based model. We are a U.S.-based firm and want to build a site that is clean, professional, and secure — similar in tone to American Express’s online savings page.

Required Features:

1. Scheduling & Appointment Management
Integrate calendar system (Google/Outlook if possible)

Allow members to book free or paid sessions

Automatically track number of covered (free) meetings based on membership level

Limit access once quota is used, or prompt upgrade

2. Membership Portal & Tiers
Offer tiered memberships (DIY, Journey, VIP — VIP+ is hidden/invite-only)

Ability to change membership level

Members can update payment method, view invoices, and manage auto-renewal

Membership pages must show perks using Amex-style feature tiles with visual icons + links

Perks vary by tier (comparison chart is available)

3. Billing & Payment System
Accept ACH and credit card payments (one-time + recurring)

Enable auto-renewals and subscription billing

Store and manage payment methods securely

Users can view invoicing and payment history

Integrate with QuickBooks Online, capturing:

Customer name

State of residence

Payment history

4. Client Agreement Execution
New members must sign an agreement digitally before gaining full access

Document should be tracked and stored (DocuSign, PDF embed, etc.)

5. Sales Tax Compliance
System must track and apply sales tax based on user’s location (state)

6. Promo & Discount Code Management
Apply and track discount codes or promo offers by membership level

7. Client Profile Management
Collect and store:

Name

State

Phone number

Email

Profiles should be accessible and editable by the user

8. Secure Messaging Feature
Embedded chat tool between PLFS and members

Must be encrypted, archived, and monitored (for SEC compliance)

Visual Requirements:

Clean and modern layout

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience building membership or scheduling sites in Wix

Strong Velo (Wix Dev) experience or ability to use apps like Paperbell, Zapier, etc.

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online integration

Understanding of basic compliance/security in client financial communication

Strong communication and clean UX focus
