Wix to SendGrid linkage for email automation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Wix site exists already, and is functioning. However weekly emails are entirely manual. We have job seeker and available job information residing in Wix tables (we haven't created an external database for it, just using what Wix has available). What we need is a regularly scheduled email that accesses the data for jobs posted within the last week and then sends an email using that information in a custom template to currently active job seekers (both job info and job seeker info reside in Wix tables).
1. Automate Check- In Emails
We would like for emails to automatically get sent to Job Seekers and Employers to check in on the process. Email templates have been preliminarily designed in SendGrid but the buttons will need to be programmed and captured within our wix platform so we can see where the Job Seekers and Employers are in the process.
Automate an email to candidates starting 1 week after email introduction and again each week until notified if they were hired or no longer interested.
Job Seekers have the ability to click a link that they have sent an introductory email to the hiring manager, connected with the hiring manager, interviewing, hired or no longer interested in an opportunity.
Job Seekers can apply for multiple opportunities at one time so the email and link will need to be job/opportunity specific.
Automate an email to the employer starting the first Friday proceeding job posting until we are notified of a hire either of our candidate or from another source.
Employers have the ability to click a link that they are looking for more candidates, would like to pause introductions, still interviewing, hired(from us or another platform), would like to edit job description or repost job posting.
Employers can have multiple jobs posted at one time so the email and link will need to be job/opportunity specific.
On the second Friday after a job posting an email needs to be sent notifying the Employer that their job posting is going to expire and give them an opportunity to repost. If they select to repost this should take them to the purchase a post page on bsm website.
2. Automate jobs into weekly email templates.
Once jobs are approved by the admin the jobs will be set up automatically into the job newsletter for distribution on Tuesday evening to mailing list. The below fields from the job posting form will be used to pull over information into the newsletter. Jobs should populate in the newsletter by the earliest date first. We would like to color code jobs based on their location and flexibility. In-person, Remote and Hybrid should be different colors to help Job Seekers easily differentiate.
