Wix Real Estate Lead Engine

SmartMatchRealty.com needs a fresh, minimalistic and modern face that turns curious visitors into qualified real-estate leads while sparing me any manual data wrangling. The redesigned homepage should feel clean, fast, and focused on clear call-to-actions that invite buyers and sellers to raise their hands. Some of the sites I can reference include, Angie's list, Thumbtack and Agent Match to compare.

Here is what has to happen:

• Rebuild the homepage in Wix with a sleek layout, crisp typography, and just enough visual polish to guide the eye toward our primary CTAs.
• Create separate buyer and seller lead forms that ask for contact details, property preferences, budget range, and their timeline to move.
• Connect those forms to our active Facebook Ads so submissions flow straight into Wix Contacts, trigger a tailored email sequence, and advance automatically through the appropriate pipeline/workflow.
• Configure the Facebook Pixel and Conversion API so ad performance is tracked accurately inside both Facebook Ads Manager and Wix Reports.
• Hand over a short walkthrough or loom video that shows me how to adjust automations, swap out copy, or extend the workflows later.
