Wix Form & Payment Setup
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I have a Wix Harmony site that needs three quick enhancements:
1. Five new consent/agreement check-boxes placed before users submit any information.
2. A contact form on the Home page that captures Name, Email, and Phone Number—no other fields for now.
3. A single payment button connected through Wix Payments (I’m not looking to run this through PayPal, credit cards, or bank transfers separately; the built-in Wix option is what I want).
Please implement everything within the existing design so it matches the current styling and flows naturally on desktop and mobile. Once you’re done, I’ll just need a brief hand-off showing me where to update text or settings if needed.
