Wix E-Commerce Manager for Dietary Supplements
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
We are a company that designs and distributes dietary supplements. Our e-commerce website is developed using the Wix Studio platform.
I am looking for an experienced, independent, creative and proactive professional to manage and grow the website's sales.
I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A WEB DEVELOPER.
In line with established objectives, you will define the strategy to be implemented and carry out the following tasks:
1. Daily Wix management: Auditing, settings, corrections, UX/conversion optimization, and catalog organization.
2. Blog: Writing regular SEO articles (editorial calendar and content creation).
3. Social media (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.): Regular content creation and posting, and promotional campaigns (aligned with key sales periods).
4. SEO: Technical strategy for ranking in the top 10 Google results, link building, content and keyword optimization, internal linking, and on-page optimization. 6. KPIs and Reporting: Weekly monitoring (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, CAC if ads, revenue, ROAS, top-performing pages and products, etc.).
7. Analysis: Bi-weekly report on completed work and suggestions for improvement.
## Desired Profile (5+ years of experience is essential)
- You are proficient with Wix (not just "I can learn")
- You have solid SEO expertise (not just "I can write articles")
- You know how to measure and improve your performance (KPIs, dashboards, corrective actions)
- You are reliable, responsive, and meet weekly delivery deadlines
- You have already developed an e-commerce business from scratch in the dietary supplement sector.
- You are a good communicator.
## Compensation
- Small fixed fee per two weeks (to be determined).
- Commission on sales. If you perform well, you can earn very well.
- I prefer to pay based on results. Performance is rewarded.
- I pay every two weeks.
