Wix COD & Shipping Setup -- 2

My Wix store needs two improvements so customers can choose Cash-on-Delivery while I still receive a partial upfront payment, and so I can offer more flexible shipping choices.

Here’s the workflow I’m aiming for:

• A shopper selects “Cash on Delivery”.
• At checkout, the system automatically charges a small advance (either a flat sum or a percentage—I’m happy to set that together).
• The order only appears as confirmed in the store after the advance payment succeeds and the customer is clearly told how much remains to be paid on delivery.

In parallel I want to create custom shipping rules—think express courier, local pick-up or same-day service—so each product or region can carry its own price and delivery time. These options should show cleanly in the cart, feed the order details in my dashboard, and be editable later if I tweak rates.

Please handle any Wix Payments / Wix Store configurations, custom code (Velo) or third-party app integrations needed, then test everything end-to-end so I can switch it on immediately. Access to the site and sample orders will be provided as soon as we start.
