I’m launching my counselling and psychotherapy practice online and need a complete Wix site that lets visitors book and pay for sessions in one seamless flow. The core of the project is the Wix Bookings + Wix Payments setup: clients should be able to see my real-time availability, choose a slot, pay securely, and receive automated confirmations or reminders.
Beyond that functional backbone, I want a calm, professional look that builds trust—think soft colours, clear navigation, and mobile-first responsiveness. Pages will include a brief practice overview, service details (individual, couples, and group therapy), an FAQ, and a short contact form for general enquiries. I also need basic SEO settings filled out so people searching locally for counselling can find me.
Key deliverables
• Live Wix site published under my domain
• Booking calendar configured for multiple service lengths and buffer times
• Secure payment gateway activated and tested (credit/debit & PayPal if possible)
• Email/SMS confirmation workflow set up for new, rescheduled, or cancelled appointments
• One-hour handover call or video walkthrough so I can manage future updates myself
