Sync Custom Fields in Wix

I already have a live Wix form that feeds submissions into Wix Contacts, but the custom fields—Insurance Company, Group ID, Member ID—go missing. I simply need those existing fields to land in the Contacts database every time someone submits the form.

Whether you prefer a no-code fix inside the Wix dashboard or a light Velo snippet, I’m flexible; the goal is a reliable, automatic sync.
