Need a Wix Developer who has extensive customization experience, especially with user groups and memberships

I am looking for a Wix developer with extensive experience in customizing websites, particularly with user groups and memberships. The main requirement involves the following tasks:
1) We should be able to create users and assign them to groups
2) Based on the user groups, we should be able to show different data/graphs.
3) These graphs would be coming from Tableau. I will provide the JS code provided by Tableau, and this JS code should be associated with groups on Wix. When a specific group member visits the site, the corresponding JS code should run and pull the information from Tableau.
