Looking for Wix or Wix Velo Expert to Create or embed an audio recorder into Wix site

We're looking to build or embed an audio recorder with microphone access built into my Wix website.
A User must be able to record on the site and upload the recorded audio data to an existing database once completed. There might be some ways - using API, third party app integration, or custom code using Wix Velo.
