Long-Term Partnership: Web Developer for Premium Client Projects (WordPress/Wix/Shopify)

Project Description:
I am looking to build a long-term partnership with 1-2 highly skilled Web Developers. I run a platform in Canada, and I am looking for a reliable technical partner to build high-end websites for our community members.

Important - Please Read:
This is not a "job on hand" for today. I am vetting partners now so that when I close a project ($10k+ range), I have my "go-to" expert ready to execute.

How it works:
= Availability: You are free to work on any other projects you like. You are not "on staff."
= The Workflow: When I have a client project, I will bring the requirements to you. You will provide me with a fixed timeline for that specific project.
= My Role: I handle the high-level design direction, branding, domain acquisition, and hosting on my own servers.
= Your Role: Full development and implementation on WordPress, Wix, or Shopify based on the client's needs.

Requirements:
- Expertise in WordPress (Custom themes/Elementor), Wix Studio, and Shopify.
- Ability to follow strict brand guidelines (Inter font, specific hex codes, 12px corner radius).
- Clear communication and the ability to hit the deadlines you set for yourself.
